MyNiche Apartments
MyNiche is a development and management company that deals with high-end apartment buildings. Social Design House rebranded MyNiche, and I created most of the collateral, including:
Print brochures and ads
Digital brochures
Internal documents
Stationery
Swag (t-shirts, mugs, keychains, etc.)
Folders
Documents for new tenants explaining property rules and regulations and providing important info
A small booklet for new tenants directing them to all of the best neighborhood spots. MyNiche apartments pride themselves on having high walk-scores (necessary locations within walking distance), so these booklets show the residents where they could spend their time
