Anker Haus

This is a project I worked on in collaboration with Social Design House. The project consisted of branding, marketing material, and various types of signage. I particularly helped with most of the illustration and print materials.

Anker Haus is known as “Charlotte’s First Pocket Neighborhood.” pocket-neighborhoods.net defines these special mini-neighborhoods as a “neighborhood within a neighborhood.” They are clusters of houses or living spaces centered around a shared area, whether that be a garden, an alleyway, a street, etc. They exist to bring a feeling of small-town community to large scale areas and create a place where people can feel safe and rely on one another.

Going off of that unique, originally-European concept, we created a brand that was meant to emphasize on that individuality and create something that stood out from the rest of the luxury accommodation in Charlotte.
